The principles and philosophy of our support is to ensure we work alongside the customers. This approach ensures agreed changes are embedded within the services and that all staff appreciate the value of the changes; continue to build on the changes to ensure continuous improvements. Our style of working alongside with individuals and teams will ensure key individuals are on board and understand the required changes. To achieve this, we spend time with staff to provide guidance, training, mentoring and role modelling. The aim is to make sure learning has taken place and staff take pride on the improved quality of care they deliver.

Protocols and procedures should be clearly written and meaningful; and that all staff are inducted and adhere to the agreed protocols. Communication, reporting and feedback must flow smoothly within the organisation and reach everyone in a timely fashion.

Financial

Staff with budgetary responsibilities should have the training and full understanding of their allocated budgets; and utilise the resources in a creative way to maximise benefits. Timely expenditure reports should be available to ensure financial control is maintained and when required corrective measures are implemented swiftly.
